Landmark Studies

Stroud™ Water Research Center has helped lay the foundation for the basic scientific assumptions of stream research. From the Rockefeller Studies in 1969, to the River Continuum Concept, to our studies of the benefits of streamside reforestation, the knowledge acquired over many decades has become internationally known.
