Location: Along the Hudson River
Weather: .
By: Marissa Morton
Today was extremely long. Last night we had a HUGE thunderstorm and than waking up to raining cold weather at 5am definitely is not pleasant. We started rowing today I started on the tug boat stirring and than later went out and rowed. It makes me feel a little sick and I got a blister from wearing my lucky elephant ring. We went from Kingston to Poughkeepsie, about 15 miles in 4 hours…record time. After we docked everyone passed out on sidewalks. It was so funny because we could not help it. Actually it was not funny at all we were all exhausted and grumpy. So today was very busy and tomorrow will be even longer sine we will be rowing 19 miles. I am sleeping in the cabin of the sailboat so I better get to sleep since I know it will be a rockey night.
