Jamie is Director of Education at Stroud Water Research Center and a consultant to other non-profit organizations. Previously he founded and published a group of weekly newspapers, taught at a variety of levels ranging from elementary school to university, worked with inner city development groups for the Ford Foundation, and ran an environmental organization. He holds a B.A. from Harvard and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan

Christina, Trek Coordinator, is Education Programs Manager and Leaf Pack Network® administrator at Stroud Water Research Center. Before joining the Center, she was an Environmental Education Specialist and Field Instructor at the Cuyahoga Valley Environmental Education Center at Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Peninsula, OH. She has an extensive watershed education background and has worked with students and adults of all ages. Christina received her B.S. in Environmental Science, with a focus in Biology, from Ashland University in Ohio and her M.A. in Communications Studies from West Chester University in PA.

Aaron is Director of Education at the Catskill Center where he co-authored "The Catskills: A Sense of Place", a Catskills-based education curriculum. Prior to joining the Catskill Center he worked at an outdoor education facility in Wolverine, MI. He is a New York State licensed hiking guide, owner of a web site design business and co-author of an outdoor column in two local newspapers. Aaron received his B.S. in Water Resource Management from the State University of New York's College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) in Syracuse.

Murray is Founder and Program Director of New York Harbor School, a theme-based New York City public high school in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. After graduating in 1998 from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Biology and a double minor in Latin American and Environmental Studies, he moved to New York to work for Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. at Hudson Riverkeeper. There he created a museum about the history of the environmental movement, delivered education programs to schools throughout the Hudson Valley, and helped launch Waterkeeper Alliance, the umbrella organization for the (then) 36 Waterkeeper programs around the world. Murray left Waterkeeper in the fall of 2002 to found NYHS with Richard Kahan of the Urban Assembly, and he became Program Director when the school was approved in April 2003. His duties include: finding a waterfront location for the school; managing the school's 60+ outside partners; raising approximately $300,000 each year for on-water and after-school programs; and creating and managing after-school and weekend programs and summer opportunities for students, particularly programs on the water.

Bill is Watershed Analyst at Riverkeeper. Since 1999 he has helped monitor sprawl in the 2,000-square-mile watershed that provides New York City's drinking water. Bill's primary responsibilities at Riverkeeper are to oversee the City's development of sound water quality monitoring models, develop standards for tributary health, review environmental impact statements, participate in the planning process before town and county governments on individual projects, and provide technical support to grassroots anti-sprawl groups within the New York City watershed. Bill attended SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse and received his M.A. in Biology from SUNY at New Paltz.

John is the Watershed Forestry Program Manager for NYCDEP.  Prior to working for DEP, John worked for the Cornell Cooperative Extension Water Quality Education Program and the New York State Water Resources Institute.  John was born in Brooklyn but he grew up in the western Catskills, near the Cannonsville Reservoir in Delaware County. John holds a B.S. in Natural Resource Management from Cornell University.

Kim is Director of Education for NYCDEP.
