Something for everyone at Upstream Festival

Celebrate Earth Day at the fourth annual Upstream Festival on Saturday, April 15, from 10 am to 4 pm. The Stroud Center invites you to a fun and informative day with friends and family in the center’s experimental watershed on Spencer Road in West Marlborough Township.

“World Rhythms” is this year’s theme and will feature a drumming performance by Tony Vacca, who will mix his chemistry of world music and culture at 3 pm and lead the way streamside to the tree planting ceremony at 4 pm.

Enjoy a full day of stream and woodland walks, native plant sale, workshops, fly fishing demonstrations, crafts & projects, storytelling and dance, science demonstrations and information for all ages.

In this way you will celebrate the dedicated ways our community observes and takes care of its natural resources.

Dress for the weather!
